Paris Gaels GAA Goes GREEN for St.Patricks Day Weekend

A mini Guinness and Oyster aperitif is being offered at lunchtime in O’Sullivans café bar to all foody fans.

St.Patricks Day celebration at Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral 

Paris Gaels GAA members will form a guard of honour at the first ever Irish Language Mass in Notre Dame de Paris. Those involved in the guard of honour will meet at 11am.   Mass is at 12 noon, please come early because of crowds and it is expected to finish by 13:30pm.   Shamrock will be available at the end of Mass.

  • 3:30 - Italy v Ireland
  • 6:00 - Wales v England
  • 9:00 - France v Scotland

St.Patricks Day celebration at Chapelle Saint-Patrick (Irish College). followed by Tea/Coffee, sandwiches, cake and Shamrock Sharing.

  • 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM - Gaelic Games Demonstration from 2pm (weather permitting) on Esplanade des Invalides.
  • 9:00 PM – 23:00 PM - Paris Gaels GAA & O’Sullivans “Harlem Shamrock Shake” O’Sullivans By The Mill.

To celebrate St. Patricks Day, Paris Gaels GAA join with Sponsors O’Sullivans to film Harlem Shamrock Shake in O’Sullivans By The Mill.

Anyone who is interested, come along to O’Sullivans By The Mill and bring your Paris Gaels GAA jerseys, hurleys, helmets, footballs, the more mad paraphernalia the better!

ALL Day Long in O’Sullivans Pubs, Paris


To celebrate the Patron Saint of all things Irish this year in the bars there will be full on Red head parties : because redheads do it better , or so we’ve been told !


GREEN CLOTHES , RED HAIR + FRECKLES! The wilder the better. Spot prizes will be given out in all the bars throughout the day & night to the best redheads in the house.

On sunday 17th march the doors of O’Sullivans café bar & O’Sullivans by the mill will be open to serve full Irish breakfast to accomodate the kilt wearing bravehearts who are in town for the FRANCE V SCOTLAND 6 nations rugby match on Sat 16th March.


Whiskey tastings will be offered during the evening in all O’Sullivans in the early evening.


Live & kicking from our troop of favourite Irish dancers will take place in the following bars (make sure to get to the bars early – it’s always a really popular event)
